As a portly, boisterous warlord, he represents a refreshingly different approach.

When their younger sister Hazuki gets kidnapped and Kazuki runs off to rescue her, Sogetsu was assigned with the mission to kill his brother for desertion. He doesn't go through with it and fakes Kazuki's death so they may all live in peace. Inside his weapon is a water-demon named Suija, who is sealed in the same way as Enja is sealed in Kazuki's weapon.

Still, he remains a very cheap enemy, as his special moves have zero recovery time, can shatter your combos, and dizzy you quite easily.

* NiceGirl: While she may be shy, Ruixiang is a kind and thoughtful woman who abhors participating in violence.

He was designed to follow a festival motif after the game designers decided on creating a "lame but cool" character.

* RainOfBlood: His super in ''2019'' is amongst the most horrifically gory in the game; he lunges screaming at the opponent and carves a huge gash up their middle, which sends a veritable ''shower'' of blood pouring all over the arena floor whilst he looks on horrified from beneath his blood-soaked parasol.
