Which meaht imprisoning herself along with him for eternity. Just as her soul begins to dissipate, Takeru uses his Blood Pointer to project the feelings of all the Tenbi students and faculty to bring her back. * TheHero: Despite being the manga's [[{{dueteragonist}} secondary character]], Himegami is its heroine and she's the one who finally puts an end to her uncle's tyranny.

In her final moments, she understood why her parents and her brother had willing sacrificed themselves ''for her'', and [[spoiler: [[GoOutWithASmile smiled as her corporeal body dissipated into nothingness]]]].
** At the climax of chapter 123, Himegami casts off her physical form to drag her uncle's spirit to the Ama no Iwato seal, imprisoning herself along with him. She was content with knowing he couldn't escape it, so she resigned herself to simply fade from existence in order to finally reunite with her family in the afterlife. Her friends [[SubvertedTrope weren't about to let that happen.]]

The daughter of Yatsuno and Oousu no Mikoto, in metaphysical human form, though few (such as Martha Minerva) are capable of perceiving her true form. She's accompanied by her three shikigami, who serve as her familiars and are the primary source of her power, given the state of her existence. As a result, she's unable to go beyond the Tenbi area's Element rich environment, unless she has a Magatama. To everyone else, however, she's the flat-chested, twin-tailed goddess of the school.

* DeadAllAlong: Himegami died years ago, when [[spoiler: her physical body deteriorated while confined within the seal atop Amanohara. The girl they know, is what's left of her Element, which took on a metaphysical form in her likeness and retained her thoughts]].

* CondescendingCompassion: Takeru’s WouldntHitAGirl comes across as this as it is the result of now wanting to experience the feeling of watching his mother die again. He attends an AcademyOfAdventure attended by [[ActionGirl Action Girls]] who literally bet their souls in the outcome of their duels. Yet no matter how many times they beat him up and tell him how insulted they are by it he continues to jump into their fights.
