* NonStandardCharacterDesign: Ziggy looks much cartoonier than any of the other Lazytown puppets. Whereas they have rather bulgy eyes and more realistic proportions. Zingy has small, beady eyes and a bigger head than the rest. He's also the only puppet character with visible teeth.

Added DiffLines:

* TookALevelInKindness: Compared to his Latibær counterpart. Sportacus has always been on the side of good, but he was much sterner and prone to prankish behavior in the original plays.

* CharacterExaggeration: Although Stephanie has always been a happy-go-lucky CheerfulChild, the earlier seasons tried to remedy this by showing that she could be just as flawed as everyone else. After the show was revived for its third season Stephanie's perkiness was turned up to eleven to where there's seldom a moment where she's not incredibly bubbly.

Added DiffLines:

* AdvertisedExtra: Subverted. Sportacus is usually shown in the front and center of any promotional material to where many non-fans might get confused into thinking he's the main character. However, Stephanie is the main focus with many episodes putting Sportacus out of focus only having him show up in the end to save everybody.

Added DiffLines:

* Nerd: A young computer-obsessed kid who loves video games and science.

Added DiffLines:

* TechnoBabble: Whenever he talks about one of his inventions.

Added DiffLines:

* OnlySaneMan: Despite being only eight years old, Stephanie is arguably the most level-headed person in town. It helps that she's wise beyond her years.

* Cloudcuckoolander: Justified due to him being a kid (the youngest of his friends for that matter).
** A couple of example include throwing a lollipop in a tree for no reason, and Squick keeping chocolate in his underwear.
