* SmartDumbAndInBetween: He's the In-Between to [[FatIdiot Beezy]]'s Dumb and [[MadScientist Heloise]]'s Smart on account of being very naive and childish while still being reasonably sensible and surprisingly clever.

* SmartDumbAndInBetween: His sluggish and slow-witted nature makes him the Dumb to evil genius Heloise's Smart and eccentric but still fairly clever Jimmy's In-Between.

* SmartDumbAndInBetween: As an evil genius who develops dangerous gadgets for a living, she's the Smart to the dopey, lazy Beezy's Dumb and the childlike but still fairly sensible Jimmy's In-Between.

* TheDarkChick: To Lucius.

* GoldTooth: Peep. Apparently it helps him whistle.

A very intelligent 14-year-old girl and Jimmy's other best friend. She works for Misery Inc. as their head scientist, developing hazardous products to make people miserable. She is a sadistic and violent sociopath who enjoys tormenting anyone she hates - and that is more or less anyone not named Jimmy Two-Shoes. She has a ''biiig'' crush on Jimmy.

* AxCrazy: A malicious EnfanteTerrible who loves spreading misery as much as her boss. The only person she doesn't want to hurt is Jimmy, and he's not completely safe from her wrath.

* SlapstickKnowsNoGender: She had a handful of moments in Season 1 (usually she was the one handing out the physical comedy), but she gets ''a lot'' of this in Season 2 with episodes like "Heads Will Roll" and "Better Sweater".

* PoisonousFriend: At his worst towards Jimmy, he can be a pretty toxic influence and sometimes a downright terrible friend, as seen in a number of Season 2 episodes.

* DarkSkinnedRedHead: She's got red-orange skin.

* AmbiguouslyHuman: She's the only other character on the show that looks human, but it's unclear if she actually ''is''. In fact, "The Hooded Chicken" even turned this into a plot point when Jimmy and Beezy realize they've never seen Heloise's feet before and wonder if she ''even has'' feet. Co-Creator Edward Kay claims that Heloise is capable of shapeshifting, meaning she's either not ''completely'' human or is not human at all.

* AmbiguouslyHuman: She's the only other character on the show that looks human, but it's unclear if she actually ''is''. * TookALevelInDumbass: In Season 1, Jimmy was an oblivious airhead, but was shown to have genuine moments of cunning, [[TheCloudCuckooLanderWasRight (if admittedly odd ones)]]. [[DependingOnTheWriter Some writers]] even went as far as to make him the StraightMan to Beezy and Heloise. In Season 2, he's as dumb as Beezy, even more childish and oblivious, and more prone to making things worse [[UpToEleven than ever]] due to his own idiocy, with hardly a moment of intelligence in sight.

* {{Flanderization}}: His IneffectualSympatheticVillain status is taken UpToEleven in Season 2 to the point where he barely qualifies as even a {{Jerkass}} in certain episodes.

* HartmanHips: Whenever she's dressed up like a mermaid. They kinda come out of nowhere, given how she normally looks but her butt has been prominent in some shots. It appears to be based on RuleOfFunny.

* {{Meganekko}}: She pulls off cute moments when she wears glasses.

* BeautyMark: Under her left eye.

* FingerlessGloves: Peep wears these.

* WeWantourIdiotBack: In "Beezy J. Genius", Heloise's latest invention to make herself even smarter ends up accidentally making Beezy even more of a genius than she is. However, Beezy's increased intellect causes him to alienate everyone, including Jimmy, Heloise, and Lucious, who all conspire to return him to his former intellect.
