One of the friendlier assassins. She is noted by Tokaku be very physically strong. Gets along with Isuke well, despite the latter's attitude.

* ThirteenIsUnlucky: Class Black's target and the thirteenth student on the roll.

* AlphaBitch: Has the attitude of one, even if she lacks the GirlPosse.

* BookDumb: Gets zeroes on tests, though this is probably because she just sleeps through them all.
* CantHoldHerLiquor: As seen in an omake chapter of the second official art book.

* EvenBadWomenLoveTheirMamas: [[spoiler:Probably her sole redeeming quality, that is, if she wasn't perfectly willing to kill people just to buy a private beach for her parents]].

* MsFanservice: Easily the character who shows of the most skin. She and Haruki also get the most risque official art out of all the pairings, usually with her on the receiving end.

* {{Ojou}}: She has the demeanor, the appearance and the wealth of one.

* ShipTease: With Haruki. She is shown to actually be upset when Haruki is eliminated and states in the manga that her ideal type is the blue-collar hardworking type, [[spoiler:so Haruki is shown in the finale to be a construction worker.]] Kinda confirmed by the manga. Scratch that,[[spoiler: definitely confirmed ]]in the manga. If one looks closely at their right hands in the final chapter, both [[spoiler: Isuke and Haruki appear to be wearing engagement rings]].

* ThirdPersonPerson: When she's being playful.

* {{Tsundere}}: Toward Haruki. Even though Isuke genuinely cares for Haruki, that doesn't mean that Haruki is spared from her verbal abuse and death threats. In many of the omake chapters featured in the official art books, Isuke acts more like a stereotypical tsundere. In the manga's epilogue, even after [[spoiler: the two started dating, Isuke still casually threats Haruki if she didn't do what Isuke wanted]].

* OppositesAttract: Has ShipTease with Isuke Inukai and they are the only ones to actually act like a couple aside from Kirigaya and Namatame in the manga. It [[spoiler: goes beyond ShipTease by the time of the manga's final chapter]].

* WackyMarriageProposal: Implied in the final official art book. [[spoiler: Its revealed that the matching ring Haruki and Isuke are wearing the manga's final chapter are actually cheap 180 yen rings that Haruki bought at a 100 yen store. Haruki does promise Isuke that she will one day buy her a better one, hinting that she tends to propose to Isuke once she saved up enough money to buy a proper engagement ring]].

* CatSmile: Quite often.

* BewaretheNiceOnes: Haru will give anyone the benefit of the doubt, even people who are literally being paid to kill her, but the moment they betray that good faith, she shows them just why there were twelve of them against one of her. As Otoya and Sumireko found out the hard way. Don't underestimate Haru

** Mahiru/Shinya: [[DropTheHammer a warhammer]].

* DropTheHammer: Her weapon is a sledgehammer.

* {{Bokukko}}: She addresses herself as 'boku'. This comes at odds with her cutesy child image.

** Sumireko herself is [[JustForPun riddled]] with this. First, she claims to have a frail health and is only comfortable on her own furniture that she brought to school. And then in the school's pool facility, she wears a small dress instead of a swimsuit. Lastly, Shinya tells Tokaku and Haru that she (and Nio) doesn't like bathing with the others. What do they all lead to? [[spoiler:Sumireko reveals herself to be a cyborg in her episode.]]

* NewTransferStudent: Averted. Despite wearing a different uniform, she is the only one in Class Black who is already a student of Myojo Academy.

* HasTwoDaddies: Her GenderBlenderName comes from her father Eisuke (who she calls her mother). Her other dad is not an assassin but a normal guy.

* SenpaiKohai: The manga at one point implies he's the Kohai to [[spoiler: Kaiba's]] Sempai. [[spoiler: Kaiba]] even calls him ''[[ShipTease cute]]''

* SenpaiKohai: The manga at one point implies he's the Sempai to [[spoiler: Mizorogi's]] Kohai. He even calls [[spoiler: Mizorogi]] ''[[ShipTease cute]]'' and tells Yuri not to "bully him too much".
