A clone of Yuka Takeuchi made by Section-9 to stop and eventually replace Yuka, which only appeared in the UsefulNotes/SegaSaturn and UsefulNotes/TurboGrafx16 versions of ''Advanced V.G.'' As the real one, she is voiced by Creator/{{Yukana}}.

* WomenAreWiser: While she enjoys sparring with Yuka, Satomi's more concerned with practical matters, like supporting her kid brother and finishing highschool. Her first ending in ''Advanced V.G.'' even shows that [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzZKvUu1x4o she eventually becomes a PE teacher.]]

* CatSmile: Along with a {{Sweatdrop}}, while watching Yuka clean more than 10 trays of food in matter of seconds!

* FlungClothing: Invoked when she accepts Tamao's challenge, during ''Advanced V.G. II's'' story mode. Manami flings off her dress [[Anime/{{Pokemon}} Team Rocket style]], proudly revealing her waitress uniform underneath.

The latter eventually steals Satomi's first kiss from her while they're alone in the school's infirmary.

* SenpaiKohai: Yuka refers to Tamao as, "Tamao-chan," whom she accepts as her new student by the end of ''Advanced V.G. II's'' story mode. While she's sometimes taken a back by [[{{fangirl}} her enthusiasm]], Yuka cares for her greatly and looks after her.

HeroProtagonist of the ''Advanced V.G.'' series (and in all other continuities). She's an 18 year old Karateka, who works as a combat waitress at Hanna Miller's diner, and is [[BigBad Miranda Jahana's]] main obstacle. She is voiced by Mika Moriwaki (''V.G./II''), Creator/{{Yukana}} (''Super V.G./Advanced V.G. 1/2''), and RURU (''V.G. NEO/Otome Crisis'' as [[SecretIdentity Misty]]).

* TheFriendsWhoNeverHang: Though they've been best friends since childhood, Yuka has little interaction with Satomi in either game's story mode. She has more of a presence in ''Advanced V.G. II''[[note]]see the MinorMajorCharacter entry in Satomi's section[[/note]], but still [[MinorMajorCharacter in a minor capacity.]]

The Chairwoman of the Jahana Corporation and the VG Tournament's former champion, until she was defeated by Yuka Takeuchi. Reimi continues to be one of the top competitors and serves as Yuka's primary rival, as she intends to reclaim her rightful place as "Goddess". She is voiced by Chikako Imai (''V.G./II'') and Creator/KumikoWatanabe (''Super V.G./Advanced V.G. 1/2'').

** CulturedBadass: Luxuriously wealthy, owns a private rose garden which serves as her fighting stage, and cruises around in a red Convertible.

* SomethingAboutARose: Nearly all of her moves are [[ThemeNaming rose themed]], her rose garden serves as her fighting stage in the first ''Advanced V.G.'', and her surname, "Jahana", [[MeaningfulName means: "evil flower".]]
** Not to mention in the prior [[HGame H-games]] she appeared, Reimi is covered with rose's thorns ''only'' when she's defeated.

* WhitehairedPrettyGirl: It's closer to silvery grey, which stands out from the rest of the cast, along with Kaori's purple hair, and Manami's pink hair.
** HairColorDissonance: In some of Reimi's appearances (like her [=AVG2=] character sprite), her hair is violet instead.

A former Olympic wrestler, who was disgraced after being banned from future competition due to use of excessive force, which earned her the nickname: "Bonecrusher". She now aims to restore her honor by competing in the VG ring. She is voiced by Sachie Mieno (''V.G./II'') and Creator/ChiharuTezuka (''Super V.G./Advanced V.G. 1/2'').

* AmazonianBeauty: She ties with Saki for having the tallest character sprite (excluding Miranda's) and is depicted as having a semi-muscular physique. And she's a looker, as there's a [[DummiedOut hidden sprite]] of her showing off her figure in a bikini.

She's the VG Tournament's lone American entrant and proud owner of The Rival Casino. But despite her outwardly happy-go-lucky demeanor, she's got a DarkAndTroubledPast and chip on her shoulder. She is voiced by Yumiko Ogawa (''V.G. II'') and Miyuki Matsushita (''Super V.G./Advanced V.G. 1/2'').

** She's close friends with Manami and Yuuki too, since all three of them are from the Kansai region. They're seen hanging out together [[https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3zr4RZEOgK0 during Manami's ending]] in ''Advanced V.G. II'', where she consoles Manami (by letting her cry in her boobs), after her sweetshop collapses on itself.

An 18 year old computer analyst and practitioner of Taekwondo, who's one of the top competitors in the tournament and is considered a favorite to win it. But her main motivation is the score she has to settle with Reimi Jahana. She is voiced by Naruchan (''V.G./II'') and Creator/YuriShiratori (''Super V.G./Advanced V.G. 1/2'').

A popular IdolSinger, who uses her childlike appearance to attract fans. And, while genuinely cheerful and energetic, she's perfectly willing to act like a kid, if it means gaining an advantage. She is voiced by Yumiko Ogawa (''V.G./II'') and Creator/KaeAraki (''Super V.G./Advanced V.G. 1/2'').

* JokeCharacter[=/=]PluckyComicRelief: She can be fun to use, [[StopHavingFunGuys so long as you're not playing to win]], as her moves are designed to be cute, rather than effective. Neko Rocket Punch chips away at her own health, when it's used, and some of her atacks have poor recovery if they're blocked, or if they miss.
** LethalJokeCharacter: As of ''Advanced V.G. II'', where her speed and pint-sized stature causes many attacks from taller characters to whiff cleanly, and can also roll under most projectiles. Making it easy for her to punish the recovery of their attacks.

Yuka's childhood friend and sparring partner from the Kyokushin Dojo. She's had to support herself and her brother, since their parents deaths years ago. So she hopes to win the tournament's prize package to give them a better life. She is voiced by Yuko Ohike (''V.G. II'') and Creator/ChisaYokoyama (''Super V.G./Advanced V.G. 1/2'').

* CoolBigSis: To her kid brother, Daisuke.

* [[IAmNotPretty I'm Not Pretty]]: According to [[http://www.geocities.ws/nekketsu524/satomi.htm her bio]], she thinks she isn't pretty like the other waitresses are, because of her hair. Since she [[PerpetualPoverty couldn't afford to have it done]], she tried cutting it herself. And by the time she finally ''could'' afford a barber, it wound up making it worse. A runaway kunoichi, who wants to the tournament prize money to make a new life for herself. She is voiced by Maki Uehara (''V.G./II''), Creator/HekiruShiina (''Super V.G./Advanced V.G. 1'' (PCE/Saturn)), and Creator/YokoAsada (''Advanced V.G. 1'' (PSX)/''Advanced V.G. 2'').

A dancer from the [=SoTO=] Techno Rave Club, who enters the tournament as an excuse to see as many women's bodies as possible. Yes, [[LipstickLesbian you read that last part right.]] She is voiced by Noriko Azuma (''V.G. II'') and Creator/YuriAmano (''Super V.G./Advanced V.G. 1/2'').

Chiho's cousin, from one of the branch families of the Masuda Clan ninja. She's been ordered to find and capture her cousin for desertion, or kill Chiho if she refuses to comply. She is voiced by Mari Maruta.

** NinjaMaid: She's a ninja waitress, just like her cousin.

A mysterious woman who, for reasons unknown, has a morbid fixation with wanting to kill Reimi Jahana. Which is likely her only reason for working for Reimi's mother, Miranda. She is voiced by Mari Mashiba.

* BadassInANiceSuit: She wears a sharp looking wine colored pants suit, the badassery is covered in the SNKBoss entry.

* [[ArtificialHuman Artificial Humans]]: K-1 and K-2 were the first set of genetic clones created by Miranda.
** DesignerBabies: They were made from the same genetic research that was used to augment [[SuperPrototype Reimi's]] fighting ability, when she was a child.

* KilledOffForReal: Miranda had been secretly observing their fights against Yuka. When they failed to defeat her, she shot and killed both of them without hesitation, or remorse.
* [[LightningBruiser Lightning Bruisers]]: Literally. In addition to their speed and power, they can channel lightning directly from the palms of their hands, summon bolts at set distances across screen, or call down multiple strikes at once in the same area.

Miranda's second and final series of hybrids, which were essentially upgraded versions of the K series. Despite possessing far greater kinetic power and combat ability, they were defeated by Yuka and Tamao. They're voiced by Tomoko Kotani.

* GagBoobs: Hers are the second biggest melons in the game and she uses 'em [[VictoriasSecretCompartment to carry a cigarette lighter.]] She also used them as pillows to comfort Manami, as noted in the preceding entry (though Manami tells her that Yuka's boobs are bigger).
