  • In Of Mice and Men, Lenny has super strength presumably as a compensatory byproduct of his mental deficiency.

I've read the book. Lenny does not have super strength. He's a very strong man on a normal day, strong enough to break a human neck, but he doesn't have super or emergency-accelerated strength at any point in the book.
