I've seen a variation of this where both guys have a gun and one bullet each and it plays out the same way except that they pointed the gun at the other contender. Would that still count?

Kentucky Roulette: same rules as Russian Roullette, but you shoot at barrels or cans at point-blank range, and those are filled with chocolate cream, nacho cheese, mayo, soda, plain water, or whatever disgusting fluids or edibles you come up with. The best part is, any ultra-powerful revolver can be used, for a bigger mess. A stupid game turned wholesome when the barrels/cans explode and make a veritable mess. Specially funny with guests who are bound to get dirty.
