Should the German Ringvereine be included? Granted, we know so little about this syndicate.

A part of my brain always itches when I see this, so I just thought I'd mention: Ethnic doesn't really mean anything on its own. You can be ethnically White, you can be ethnically Black, but you can't just be "ethnic".

That's like saying "I love my new car. It's color." Which is nice, but you haven't really described your car, apart from stating that it has some sort of color, which I think most people would assume that it did anyway.

Still, I can see why we wouldn't want to change the title of the trope to "Generic Ethnically Homogenous Crime Gang", so I'll just be content with mentioning it once and leaving it at that.
