Sorry, but I can't actually think of a book where this happened — in his earlier appearances at least, the joke is that the senior wizards normally have this reaction to what the High Energy Magic building is doing, no matter how much he tries to explain it to them. I stuck the titles, and variants of the titles, into Google and it can't think of a book where this happened either.
