I don't see any reason against it. This page can very well include characters played by Thomas Sanders and also characters created by Thomas Sanders, alone or with Joan. I think the patients belong here too.

Do the Sides' real names even qualify as spoilers anymore? They're in the opening credits to the newer videos, and Thomas makes no effort to hide them on social media.

The name reveals were the main story arc from season 1. New viewers who haven't seen season 1 would have the whole season spoiled if they see the real names before reaching to "Accepting Anxiety Pt 2". We should describe tropes thinking on casual readers who may want to give a chance to Sanders Sides for the first time, not on us, long term Fanders. We know it all by heart at this point and for us it's not a problem, but for them it would be detrimental in their enjoyment of the story. Here we have the easy option of using the nicknames instead of the real names to avoid spoilers without the need of turning the text into a swiss cheese with the spoiler tag. Let's use it.
