Now, in the arc with the Pantora blockage, there was another Trade Federation official other than Sib Canay, but I never caught his name. He was the one who complained to Sib Canay about holding the kidnapped daughters of Chairman Papanoida on his ship. Does anybody have his name, and can we have an entry for him? This other Trade Federation official was also in the Toydarian episode and seemed to enjoy Jar-Jar's performance. Overall, this other official seems to be quite affable.
EDIT: Looking at IMDB, I see that he is called only "Trade Federation Envoy" in the episode "Sphere of Influence":
