Because IMO that caption's a bit of a mess. Three words, each of which links to a different page, and the Memes/CapcomVsWhatever memes page doesn't even have the line it's riffing on. (Since I don't play ''Capcom vs'', I had to google to find out it was a reference to an unrelated character with completely different eye beams.) It'd be a lot clearer if it was just
