Under the \\\"Dating Catwoman\\\" trope someone added that Batgirl was added \\\"specifically\\\" to avoid issues surrounding a black actress being recast as Catwoman. I removed it because I cannot find anything to support that this was why Batgirl was cast, especially given that Catwoman only appears in a handful of Season 3 episodes and Batgirl was most decidedly not introduced as someone for Batman to romance! I know we\\\'re pretty easy going about sourcing information, but this one felt was so factually suspect I had to remove it.
