So the time between the banning of slavery and the Argonians retaliating isn\'t 250 years. Not 100 years. It\'s 15 years.

It\'s not been 250 years. It\'s not even been 100 years. The banning of slavery happened \'\'After\'\' Morrowind (Helseth is planning to do it by the time of \'\'Tribunal\'\', and by \'\'Oblivion\'\' (5 years later, 200 years before \'\'Skyrim\'\') it\'s done). The raids into Black Marsh were still ongoing until the very time Helseth banned Slavery altogheter. And that\'s assuming they stopped the moment he passed the law (And Dunmers are stubborn people). Lastly the invasion from Black Marsh happened 10 years after that. In 4E5 to 4E10.

It\'s worth pointing out that the analogy to the british/americans doesn\'t work because it happened within their lifetime: Dunmer live up to 500 years (As do most elves) give or take a few decades. We don\'t know how long Argonians live (Might be as short as humans, while some fluff suggests they might out-life elves and have lifetimes comparable to the hist trees).
