Why would the lubricants \\\"flash-freeze\\\"? Vacuum does not make things cold. In fact, it is an excellent thermal insulator. That\\\'s why we use it in Thermos containers to \\\'\\\'prevent\\\'\\\' hot liquids from getting cold. This claim should be deleted unless someone can cite a scientific basis for it.
