No it doesn\'t. It\'s important but it doesn\'t compare to the krogan overwhelming or obliterating dozens of planets. And yes, they WERE about to destroy all of Council Space. They were right about to curbstomp the asari and salarians until the turians arrive, and a few hundred years later they were ready to overwhelm the turians\' home system. Helping to win one battle does not compare to that.
