You\\\'re right about Melan not being strong enough to fight against the monsters. Like I mentioned in my first post, my guess would be that he could have at least have super-agility (jumping high distances rather than flying) and fight in \\\"hand to hand\\\" combat. His little \\\"hands\\\" looked kinda cool so I think he could smash with them LOL. Like I also said, that kind of re-version would require much more episodes to give both time to mature and for Melan to also grow more strong physically. As for Older Marin, Don\\\'t get me wrong I think she\\\'s very pretty and cool as an adult. But, if she were older it wouldn\\\'t be as squicky but the show would fall prey to more fanservice. I like Brigadoon becuase it was relatively clean with not alot of fanservice and played the romance pretty low-key and slightly above Disney innocent. If she were to appear as an adult, I prefer it be in a time-skip so the reealtionship could have more depth by their history together. Pretty much like your fanfic \\\"The Color of the Future\\\". I really like that story.... :D Lastly on a more joking note, I wonder why Marin and Melan\\\'s relationship would seem so weird. If you can sit through Avatar,watch a puny little human touch hands with a giant blue alien, telling each other \\\"I see you\\\" and not feel awkward, then you can handle Brigadoon XD
