I noticed quite a few pages saying something about how the Allies must not have achieved total victory in World War II because HYDRA still exists in the 21st century. Did they ever say whether or not the Allies at least got to break up the countries HYDRA conquered? I get the impression that the Allies \'\'did\'\' break the empire apart.
