I\\\'m somewhat ignorant of TV Tropes culture, so for the sake of indulging my curiosity, I must ask: Why is a Jossed folder \\\"dreaded\\\"? I think it\\\'s interesting to read things that people may have thought before their theory was explicitly jossed, even if their point is now moot. And I really don\\\'t see why people would be offended by it -- whether or not a theory has been confirmed or jossed is objective fact and no something to feel ashamed about.
