When you edit a page, the edit history, etc. record your edit using the capitalization in the url, whether it be Recap/DoctorWho, Recap/DoCtOrWhO, {{Recap/DOCTORWHO}}, or whatever. If the page is an index, the indexing magic is updated with that capitalization too.

Apparently somebody edited {{Recap/DOCTORWHO}} instead of Recap/DoctorWho. I\'ve just edited Recap/DoctorWho, and now the index is back to normal.
