Why is Teet Haerm described in such a way as to give the impression that his guilt is obvious? The man was freed, if partly on a technicality (there wasn\'t enough evidence to support murder), it was *one* case, in which he was accused of working alongside another doctor, and the entire case has been called \'one of the biggest miscarriages of justice in Swedish history\', especially referring to the initial guilty verdict but also to the handling of the matter afterwards.
