The trope description doesn\\\'t say that the story has to be saccharine, it just says it has to \\\"normally light-hearted\\\", and that\\\'s \\\'\\\'definitely\\\'\\\' true of Last Airbender with all the cheesy humor from Aang and Soka. Also, Disney/{{The Hunchback of Notre Dame}} and {{The Princess and the Frog}} don\\\'t really count as saccharine either, do they?
