Swordmaster gets half of the value of their second sword, if the attack value is lower or equal to the stronger sword. If they are wielding a sword with magickal value, it is treated as full amount. For example, if a Swordmaster has two swords with 25 physickal attack, they are essentially getting 37 physickal attack since the second sword is halved. In other words, Swordmaster is getting 1.5x more attack from their weapons.
