As a person who has \\\'\\\'[[HundredPercentCompletion completely]]\\\'\\\' finished the game, I will say that the anime True End is different from the game True End.

The game True End is this:

Tomoya is able to invoke a miracle using the Light Orbs he has collected from other realities (read as: other game playthroughs and route completions). In the game, a reality exists where the Okazaki family is dead. You \\\'\\\'\\\'\\\'\\\'must\\\'\\\'\\\'\\\'\\\' pass through this BadEnd to obtain the True End, as \\\'\\\'After Story\\\'\\\' in the game requires \\\'\\\'\\\'\\\'\\\'two\\\'\\\'\\\'\\\'\\\' playthroughs to completely obtain all Light Orbs. Basically, the game True End is a universe of its own.

In the anime, however, it turns out differently. Ushio basically {{retcon}}s Nagisa\\\'s (and by extension), Tomoya and Ushio\\\'s deaths by letting the garbage doll know her identity, thus triggering the doll to remember his past life as Tomoya. The Light Orbs give him a second chance, which is identified by Tomoya speaking to Nagisa at the hill in \\\'\\\'After Story\\\'\\\' 22. Thus, he is sent back in time by 5 years, right at the moment where Nagisa gives birth. Basically, the anime True End takes place in the same universe where Nagisa died, but this is retconned due to Ushio. This is proven by the RecapEpisode, where Tomoya says he has a strange memory of a world where Ushio and Nagisa died, and of him being sent back in time.

Now, why is the Sankaku Complex chart wrong? That chart says that the first run-through is basically Tomoya ignoring everyone else in favor of Nagisa, meaning he never became friends with Tomoyo, Fuko, and Kotomi.

The anime \\\'\\\'\\\'\\\'\\\'clearly disproves\\\'\\\'\\\'\\\'\\\' this portion of the chart. Why? In \\\'\\\'After Story\\\'\\\' 20, Kyou says that she, Ryou, Youhei, and Kotomi all wanted to visit him to cheer him up. If we\\\'re going by Sankaku\\\'s chart, this is impossible in the first run because that chart says he never became friends with Kotomi. However, as I\\\'ve said, the former Drama Club was worried about him sinking into depression due to Nagisa\\\'s death.
