Two should still be okay I think. I want to avoid a situation where all it takes for a character to quality for BreakoutCharacter is for them to appear in some official crossover or collab, because in that case like half of hololive would qualify (just look at the number of characters featured in the [[https://virtualyoutuber.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Hololive_x_Dawn_of_the_Breakers_Images Dawn of the Breakers crossover]], for example), and doing so would defeat the purpose of the trope IMO.
