About you last point. Probably because unlike the RftE example the DiLP entry doesn\'t try to paint Hayward as a reasonable leader who only did what everyone else would do (untrue, Hayward was deliberately trying to escalate the situation, so that he could justify killing Wanda and then frame her for Project Cataract and prioritized that over the safety of the people in Westview) while also downplaying the bad stuff he did. The RftE example was also contradicting the DiLP example, since it said that Hayward\'s fans actually didn\'t give Hayward the DiLP treatment.
