According to [[https://redd.it/k7n2p7 this thread]], the concept of First Name & Last Name doesn\'t exist in Indonesia for the most part. Supposingly they just use any part of their name as their preferred name. Therefore, HoloID members\' name order doesn\'t need to be changed and should just be copied in their official order, unlike the Western & Japanese naming convention we are all used to.

[=HoloID=] idols\' naming convention has always confused me. For example, the official order for Moona\'s name is Moona Hoshinova (even in Japanese), and since Moona is her first name, we can infer that Moona follows the western naming convention. [[https://virtualyoutuber.fandom.com/wiki/Hololive#hololive_ID_1st_Generation Vtuber wiki]] also seem to be suggest that all the other [=HoloID=] Gen 1 idols follow the same rule - with Risu\'s name tab above her portrait saying \

Risu\\\'s first name might actually be Ayunda\\\'\\\') and Iofi\\\'s one saying \\\"Airani\\\".

But then we get to [=HoloID=] Gen 2 and now we have Ollie who appears to follow a Last Name->First Name order while Anya on the other hand follows a First Name->Last Name order, assuming Ollie & Anya are in fact their first names. Do they now all have their own individual preference or what...?

It would be great if someone with extensive knowledge on the [=HoloID=] idols can shed some lights on this topic.
