I don't know how naming conventions work in Indonesia, but should Ollie's name be listed as "Ollie Kureiji" on this page, since we seem to use Given Name > Family Name for the other idols?
Hide / Show RepliesAccording to this thread, the concept of First Name & Last Name doesn't exist in Indonesia for the most part. Supposingly they just use any part of their name as their preferred name. Therefore, HoloID members' name order doesn't need to be changed and should just be copied in their official order, unlike the Western & Japanese naming convention we are all used to.
Edited by AsoktencheaI'm wondering what the purpose of this page actually serves. The folder could just as well go on the main Funny index along with Asa Coco and Misc, whereas the index for this sub-sub-page is the same as on the main subpage index (and all relevant pages it links to), just with less links.
Right now the page is formatted so that Suisei has a folder with only a link to her page, while the EN -Myth- members lack folders altogether; should the -Myth- members have similar folders to Susei, or should Susei's folder be removed since the link to her page is at the top of this page like with -Myth-?
Page is getting over 250k characters, so I suggest dividing into generations (and branches in the case of holostars, GAMERS, EN and ID).
Edited by AnoBakaDesu "They played us like a DAMN FIDDLE!" — Kazuhira Miller, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Hide / Show RepliesThe article is now officially too long. How should we go about this? This could mean that the Hololiveindividualmoments page should be revamped or possibly even cut altogether.
I'm going to start with Funny/HololiveIndividualMomentsEnMyth just for the sake of transfering those 5 off the page. If you feel a different page title should be used, I'm up for suggestions.
Edited by DRCEQWe'll divide it pretty much like the Characters pages. As in:
- Funny.Hololive Individual Moments
- Funny.Hololive Japan Original Generation
- Funny.Hololive Japan Generation One
- Funny.Hololive Japan Generation Two
- Funny.Hololive Japan GAMERS
- Funny.Hololive Japan Generation Three Fantasy
- Funny.Hololive Japan Generation Four
- Funny.Hololive Japan Generation Five
- Funny.Hololive Holostars
- Funny.Hololive China
- Funny.Hololive Indonesia
- Funny.Hololive English Generation One Myth
The benefit to this nomenclature is that you can easily browse from the character pages to their respective funny pages, and vice-versa.
Edited by AnoBakaDesu "They played us like a DAMN FIDDLE!" — Kazuhira Miller, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Paini just want to point out the last time i asked about page length and page splitting, the only definitive "this page is too long" number i got was 500k characters, and the website actually gives you a warning about it when you edit. plus i don't think the average hololive "casual" (for lack of a better term) is going to know who's in which generation - the way everything's alphabetized on the page is pretty good as it is.
not that i'm against splitting the page if you guys really want to, just pointing out that it's not quite that dire yet
weaponizing Dungeon Fighter Online elitism since 2018^ It's not dire anymore. When I edited the funny individual moments the other day, the red message that the page was officially too long was clear to see, so I took action and split the page.
fair enough, i wasn't there before the split
weaponizing Dungeon Fighter Online elitism since 2018Could we have a separation with a talent's single game stream along with their longer games they play? Such as Suisei and Miko playing Grand Theft Auto V, since that game is very long to finish (unless they focus on the missions). Their reactions and actions in the game would completely dominate their folder unless we give them a page. Suisei's for example.
