Second, CripplingOverspecialization is in misuse here, the Sleeper is good in nearly every scenario due to its refraction and overpenetration; saying it's still designed to be a single target is bogus and the same can be said for many Power Weapons. You're really trying to scratch the bottom of the barrel when it comes to shoehorning tropes, proving my argument against creating Weapons pages.
