Tali barely does anything in OSABC aside from falling for Joker and self-exiling, while Wrex has a history with Shepard and has the whole \"reluctant return of the king\" thing going on. Garrus has the whole deal with Telanya and goes from \"Turian Batman\" to \"CRIME GENOCIDE\".
I get the wish to not have this overlap canon\'s character page, but there\'s barely anyone who that qualifies for with how OSABC is written, at least not if Tali doesn\'t. Nazara I\'ll concede, but he\'s mechacthulhu and dies immediately. The next least characterized Reaper is Harbinger, and even he\'ll probably need a folder once the whole deal with him turning on the Catalyst and being the screaming broken soul gestalt of a bunch of Leviathans gets written.
