Anyway, back to the topic at hand. Thinking over it again, isn't the issue that if Jessica had told Luke she killed his wife (even unwillingly) he'd have never slept with her? It doesn't qualify by our definition of BedTrick, as that requires pretending to be someone else, not just withholding information, though morally (or legally?) it could be another matter.
