Even if we have other cases of red visors (Timeranger and Gosei Knight), his shade of red is slightly darker than the others, so I see a clear intent to emphasise his villain status.

The models for some evolved forms could still be attatched to their prevo's section (e.g. Whimpod's evo), the models for the stuff that was revealed could be added when we shouldn't have them, and the dataminers said Cosmog evolves into the cover Legends (which we aren't supposed to know). It's much easier to keep the pages locked than to constantly police them.
