This example sounds bad:
- Expy: Solgaleo is one of Metagross, mechanics-wise. It's a powerful physical attacking Steel/Psychic type with an ability that makes it impossible to lower it's stats.
It is. Quite a few Pokémon share typings and abilities and that alone isn't notable enough to be an Expy.
This was added to Logical Weakness for Rowlet.
- Decidueye is a cool and collected archer and hunts in stealth, however it gets startled easily and panics when it is spotted and/or surprised, explaining its weaknesses to Ghost- and Dark-Type moves.
Someone care to explain to me how "being panicked and surprised" equals weakness to ghost and darkness? I'm honestly not seeing a "Logical" weakness here, just because you think that anyone who is weak to ghost and dark types are "Afraid".

I can underhand the Dark type weakness. Dark types have been shown to fight dirty with moves like sucker punch and pursuit. Ghost type however makes less sense, though you could say it's because some ghost types are pranksters

- Recurring Element: Schooling has many similarities in common with Defeatist, an ability exclusive to Archen and Archeops, with the difference of forcing Wishwashi back into its weaker solo form rather than lowering its stats directly.
- Wishiwashi being known as a terrifying Water-type that "evolves" from a weaker form at level 20 references Magikarp and Gyarados.
- Wishiwashi's School Form is also very similar to Kyurem Black in that both Pokemon hit extremely hard on both sides, have an incredible amount of power and bulk but are slow. They also have incredibly shallow movepools to stop them from being way too strong.
Three examples to the same character- and at least the third is incredibly weak.

None of them are really recurring since they've only happened before once. (The last one is just reaching anyway.) They should all be deleted.

Why? Everyone knows about it and no actions have been taken to remove info about it online.
It's still considered a kind of spoiler. Diancie, Hoopa and Volcanion also had their period when they were commented out before being officially revealed so I don't see why Marshadow would be different this time around.
Also if any official source decided to remove info on it, it's pretty much revealing a spoiler in itself and ruin whatever plan they have for Marshadow.
Diancie, Hoopa, and Volcanion were the different ones. From what I know when BW came out, Keldeo, Meloetta, and Genesect were never excluded from their page. Weird how as the info becomes more widespread than ever, more people want to hide it.
They actually did remove the first full game datamine vids, but that was it. Didn't even bother touching the demo ones on the same channel that still had all the sprites. It seems the only thing official sources actually take offense to is if the game/demo itself isn't released yet. Revealing a spoiler? Everyone has talked about it for half a year. The largest video featuring it is at 1.5 million views. Even Serebii, the guy who fears getting hit for leaking info more than anyone else, still has Marshadow on his site and it's not even hard to find.
I'm tempted to put Marshadow back on the page considering it lasted so long unopposed and how pointless this removal was, but if there's consensus against it I won't.
The game has only been out for three weeks, so I wouldn't call 2 weeks as "lasting so long unopposed".
2 weeks is quite a while for something that apparently wasn't supposed to be there. It even got its own decently sized folder in the process.
I think the best solution is to put it back, but with a spoiler disclaimer. Marshadow will probably be revealed in a couple of months anyway.

Info on it is already there and there are ways to access it. It's fine as it is.
I wouldn't really call having to edit the page or check the source code "fine ways to access it."
Though I suppose the "#802" somebody forgot to remove from the main character page is a good enough hint.

Does anyone know whether Sparking Aria can heal burns from Pokémon with Water Absorb, Storm Drain etc? I want to expand on the Popplio line's Situational Sword entry whether that helps smart trainers using the move on their partners or not.

I realize when most people think of werewolves, they think of something like Lycanroc's Midnight form. However, a fact many don't seem to realize is that both forms reflect werewolf lore. It may not be as popular when it comes to werewolves, but there are some legends that werewolves are much like regular wolves... the main difference of course, being that a werewolf is originally human. Hence, Lycanroc's midday form is just as much a werewolf as midnight form.

Well, they're officially confirmed, and anyone serious about avoiding spoilers would be giving this page a wide berth already...so I think we're good(ra) to go.
I've sent some edit requests to the locked page edit thread in the forums regarding the starter evolutions and Cosmog, but not the Tapus right now.
Please add the information! It's killing my OCD that the page is incomplete, it needs to be perfected! I'm sorry about that, but I have really bad OCD.

There's already a warning at top of the page that says it's for revealed AND leaked Pokemon and that it has spoilers. so locking the page was really unnecessary.
It was locked for legal reasons; why do you think Serebii hasn't reported the details of the datamine on his site despite acknowledging them on his personal Twitter?
The demo leaking the entire Dex is kind of a big deal compared to the stuff that gets revealed by CoroCoro.

Not to mention that the only things from the leaks are just images of models. No names, typings or any other substantial attributes to really trope.
Appearance Tropes are a thing. Also, Marshadow.
The models for some evolved forms could still be attatched to their prevo's section (e.g. Whimpod's evo), the models for the stuff that has been revealed could be added when we shouldn't have them, and the dataminers said Cosmog evolves into the cover Legends (which we aren't supposed to know). It's much easier to keep the pages locked than to constantly police them.
The games come out in 3 weeks. Just be patient.

That's no excuse for the moderators to not update the page with officially released (i.e. not leaked) info since they're the only ones who can edit locked pages until game releases.

Oh... sorry about that I let my lack of patience get the better of me but I do agree that the page should not be unlocked until Nov. 18th just to be safe.
Could an admin please add the offical art of the starters final forms, Tapus and Cosmog to the page. Since they have offical shown.

The current idea if going by the discussion thread that the artwork could be replaced by pictures what are shown in the SM Pokédex like how previous gens had sprites/models as pictures instead of full artwork.

I know I know, but I wouldn't ask for an edit of that magnitude without asking others for their opinion.
So I see people are putting Sugimori artwork for this page.
Do you guys plan on putting the actual in-game sprites/model pics when the games finally come out or are you going to change the other pages to the Sugimori artwork as well?

Yeah, I'm sure the in-game sprites will be added once full evolution lines are revealed.
Speaking of Sugimori's art, why is Magearna's art stuck in the anime version when the Sugimori version (mirror-flipped from Anime style art) had been released long ago?
I'll work on whipping out smaller images from the game assets once they are officially out, but, until then, leaving the Sugimori art there is the best option.
Just a question for you all: Why did the editors that made this page think it was good when it's got bad grammar mistakes, missing Pokemon art and just general ineptness?

In case you haven't noticed, the page is locked (due to leaks), so edits need to be requested in the forums until the games are officially released. So wait until then for the page to fit your high standards.
Also I don't like your attitude. Referring to other editors as inept is generally in bad form.

Suggestion for a trope to add to Oranguru:
Mind Control: Instruct is either mere mental suggestion or a benevolent example of this, as it immediately makes the target use its last move again. It's known as "Command" in Japan, and with Oranguru being a Psychic-Type, Instruct likely involves Oranguru giving the target a mental directive that it can't disobey.
The word "perform" is also misspelled as "preform" in Oranguru's opening paragraph.
Is it just me, or does Pyukumuku look a lot like the black elebits from the game Elebits? I'm guessing it's just coincidence, but every time I look at one, I can't help thinking that.
