If you're referring to the Multiple Media folder, it seems to me that Smurfs goes in Western Animation and Count of Monte Cristo is Literature.
Edited by laserviking42 I didn't choose the troping life, the troping life chose meIt was because the book "Count of Monte Cristo" is literature, but the adaptations are not, and the trope applies to adaptations, not the work being adapted. Maybe this could be specified as "film adaptations" and go in the "Film - Live-Action" folder?
You're talking about how adaptations from the original work take pains to reduce or eliminate social mores that are considered problematic. The original contains the problematic ideas, and is also the source material.
Per WP there are twenty-three film adaptations of Co MC (and one TBA). Will the Film folder list all 23?

For the "Culturally Sensitive Adaptation" TLP, there are two examples that discuss multiple adaptations of a work at the same time. These are presumably in different mediums, so what folder do they go under?
