If you look at the bottom page there is a link to ImageSource.Visual Novels which lists its source and Image Pickin' Special Cases which lists it as a H-Game that doesn't have a page because of Five P
It's also noted in a tag at the top of the page, if you go to the edit window.

The page image for Small Girl, Big Gun has no work source linked to it. Judging by the art style and the quality of the render, I'm guessing it belongs to a Visual Novel of some sort? If it does, what work is that specifically? And does it even have a page to begin with?
If the page image is an original piece of artwork, was it ever given permission from the original artist?
