I'm looking for a show from the late 90's/early 2000's that was hosted by a CGI talking pencil. The pencil in question had a human-ish looking face on its surface. He'd talk about art history and have live action segements seperated by some CGI animated segments. There where other characters too. A sentient lamp that couldn't talk but made faces. There was a girl character that was a paintbrush or pen of some sort. There was also a white, blob-like eraser that would fix mistakes. From what I remember, this show might have aired on or been distributed by HBO.
