Could it be something related to Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy?

It was not the Raggedy's
I know that these two would sing songs every once in a while and the only episode I had seen had a song about taking a bath and scrubbing with a bunch of stick figure drawings shown taking a bath. The two characters were definitely an adult man and woman and that they were acting more like kids.
