Perhaps it was some sort of reggae rendition of "The Ants Go Marching?"

Definitely not, but thanks anyway.
For we shall slay evil with logic...
I heard this song today and I'm pretty sure I've heard it several times before, though I'm not sure how long ago.
I'm not familiar with reggae subgenres and styles (or electronic and pop for that matter), but it's a sort of reggae-ish mixed with some kind of techno/dance/pop (or maybe British garage?) with lyrics that go like "(something, something) one by one" followed by two similar sounding lines, ending with "two by two" and "three by three". I also think the word "family" is in there.
It has a male vocalist who sounds sort of like Shaggy or Sean Paul (and may be one of them for all I know).
Google turns up nothing.
It's not T.O.K. - Top A Tappa, unless there's some techno/dance remix of it that got airplay.
Edit: Gah, forgot to use the "Music" category.
