Is there such a trope for monsters, entities, or attack plants which make quite audible vocalizations or noises sounding like such, yet have no mouth or no feature that makes it obvious that such a noise should be possible? That, and animals which should not be able to make a noise doing so, a roaring shark coming to mind.
If not, can I make one?
