See if you can find a copy of Batman and philosophy. It talks about this very topic, particularly whether Batman can be a moral compass for Robin.
As the embodiment of wisdom going from the following definition: "Wisdom the virtue, as it exists, is simply knowledge, applied to its moral ends."
Anyone have suggestions for stories/episodes/movies to cull from? I've already got the basic essential Bat-canon on reserve for it (Begins/TDK, Year One, TDKR, BTAS/JL, and for bonus fun Kingdom Come)
