Why are you so determined to kill Nyx? Just wondering.

I just want to kill her to continue the SMT massacre that Nanashi started in one path of SMT IV Apocalypse. I had also mentioned on the previous page that Lord British Postulate is a thing, so since Nyx has stats it can be killed.

I haven't played them, but I'm aware of that premise. I'm not particularly married to it, but I can't think of a better way to have the spirit world affecting the real world and vice versa.

That song is a fucking time bomb whenever I set my music library on random. One minute I'm jamming out to The Aquabats and then all of a sudden oh god I wasn't ready for these feels.

I largely agree with that, though I'd say that Persona 3 edges out Persona 5. P5 has better mechanics and presentation, but P3 has a better story and much better characterization. P4 is still good, just not as good as 3 or 5 in any of those categories. (Some of those categories are purely personal taste, though — the P4 soundtrack, for example, only loses out because I prefer P3's old school hip-hop and P5's jazzy style to P4's more pop-y sound.) When I think about what P4 did best out of the three, about the only thing that comes to mind is Nanako, who stands out as well written because of how rare it is for characters that age to be well written.

That is pretty much how I feel about P3 and P5.

The streamlined mechanics and Palace System makes up for the fact P3 just has fantastic characters.

Nope, I was able to get both to 10^note Aigis Rank 10 is probably the lewdest Social Link I've seen in a Persona game. I was following Penguin Knight's guide, on the second last Saturday I did a Mitsuru SL instead of spending time with Aigis. Then on Careers day where Aigis is unavailable I went to the Shrine instead, which let me finish both of them.

FES added one new S.Link (Aeon). Golden added two new links (Aeon and Jester). Therefore, P5 re-release will have 3 new Confidants.

I see. And the real Igor has another actor, who only has a handful of lines at the end, so he's not notable enough of a role to share the top billing in the end credits list.

Probably should spoiler tag all that.... the Real Igor reused lines from P3 and P4, Lavenza pretty much talked for him for lines that they didn't have.

I thought his voice sounded familiar, and I just now remembered that David Lodge (the "warden") also voices Skarner from League of Legends.

With so much stuff here unspoiled without a second thought, it's hard to judge what DOES need to be spoiled.

Game's out for more than a year, and AFAIK no one is playing the game blind right now. No need to spoiler tag stuff.

Its the biggest twist of the game it should be spoilered always. Like not spoiling P4's Killer.

The thread unofficial policy has always been "spoiler it if someone is in the thread playing the game for the first time, no need otherwise", unless things changed when I haven't been posting.

It hasn't always been that because I remember before we made that rule.

But we did make that rule and I still support it. Spoiler tags only when someone is playing it unspoiled.

I'm pretty sure P4's killer has been discussed openly here before, but I might be wrong. It's been a while.

Nanako's not a spoilery character though. Her role in the plot, sure, but not her character.

I totally bought into the meme when I first played the game. Like, first off, a secret killer has to involve a TWIST. And what be a bigger twist than that?

Also, and here I felt so clever, the TV World is such a big thing in the game and what is Nanako always doing? WATCHING TV!

I didn't think she herself was the killer, more that she was possessed or something.

Still, I'm glad that didn't happen.

Official forum rules are that spoilers are freegame after a month and while that may not work for games like Persona I'd argue that after six months any spoilers should be freegame so long as someone who isn't following the game blind isn't around.
