The first girl would be Erika Murasaki from Plus Communication. Check the Da Capo II article on who she is.

nishishishi~ Nii-nii no baka... .__.Huh. I wonder if DCII PC has an extended epilogue then?
Curse you mangagamer, only translating the original.
Woops, got that backward.

Finished Da Capo II. That's already a good deal better than the original since I couldn't finish one route for that. The story got pretty boring for all of the arcs since the daily conversations were generally pretty dull. Could've been better but I enjoyed it.
So no go for any fandiscs or extras?
So far as I know there's only the stuff like Plus Communication with Akane and... blond foreigner girl as new heroines. Because Mangagamer can't be bothered to translate the full version of games.
Okay why is the text in the post above still struck out but I still can't do [[strike:]]?

Forums hate you?
Can you link to Plus Comm?
Da Capo II Plus Communication was just a more extensive version.
And check out what I found here. Nothing on the page yet, but neat.
Also, what were you favorite and least favorite routes?

I liked Koko's route a lot. There wasn't really any over-fantastical stuff with the everlasting sakura tree but just a story between friends. That said, I guess I liked it somewhat because of how it portrayed Nanaka, my favourite heroine. I personally thought Otome and Yume's arcs were pretty weak because of the poor pacing at the end. I liked Nanaka's route a lot, Anzu's somewhat and didn't really like Minatsu's. Guess my least favourite would be... I'd go with Minatsu's.
Huh, we seem to have pretty much completely opposite opinions. I thought Koko had one of the worst routes I've ever seen. Well, I did like Nanaka and Yume's arc's was kind of weirdly paced. And I suppose Minatsu's route didn't work as well as it could have considering her personality (plus it's kinda... different) but I still liked it.
I couldn't finish Koko's route. It was just, ugh....
Am I the only one who really enjoyed her route a lot? Weird.
My opinion corresponds more to 'a hateful mass of bile spewed out by someone who doesn't know how to make people act in character or write credible obstacles to overcome, resulting in what is easily the worst route of the entire game.'
Still haven't played this so I have no opinion on it at the moment.
Imoutos are the best! Follow at your own risk. Tumblr.Just finished the game and played the epilogue.
I really liked it, it was miles better than the first. Da Capo 1 was fun but very bland, there just wasn't a big scene that tugged the heartstrings or anything.
Now, this one just wouldn't let it go no matter what. Every route had at least one major tearjerker or a crowning moment of heartwarming.
If I had to say...my heroine rankings would be this:
Yume > Minatsu > Otome > Anzu = Koko >> Nanaka
The routes, would be:
Yume = Otome > Minatsu >> Nanaka > Anzu >> Koko
Couldn't choose between Yume's and Otome's route. I like Koko, but her route was kinda boring. Nanaka's route, even though I really find her annoying, had that fight with Wataru that sold the game for me.
And after the epilogue, Sakura skyrocketed to being my favorite character in the series by miles.
Sakura Epilogue (spoilers) : Something that was nagging me since the first Da Capo was Junichi's grandmother, because, she was so similar to Sakura I had a feeling she really WAS Sakura that went back in time somehow. On that last scene, I lost any doubt I had. Here's my theory: Sakura was sent back in time without her memories with only that branch of the great cherry tree. She wandered for a very long time, and eventually settled on the island because of some lingering memories. She planted that cherry branch and it grew into the original Everlasting Cherry Tree, then she fell in love and created a family, allowing her to finally get older and die.

An interesting idea, but that makes her her own grandmother.

Yup, and that would be this trope. That would also mean that Yoshiyuki has a pretty screwed up family tree.
Meh, I don't believe theories like that unless there's some stronger evidence. I already see it as a pretty positive ending for Sakura considering the circumstances.
That is... interesting.
And let's not even get started on Nanaka's alleged genealogy.
Imoutos are the best! Follow at your own risk. Tumblr.More Da Capo stuff from Manga Gamer. Given the day and the ridiculousness of the Tester's Corner entry, though, I think that it might be a joke. I hope not, since more Da Capo stuff is (almost) always good.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes. For Da Capo IF, is Kotori the sole heroine?
Yes. You get to see all the other heroines, but the story is basically linear and the ending only varies slightly depending on your choices.
Luckily Kotori is actually an interesting character, so it doesn't feel shoehorned or annoying/boring.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.Warning, warning, Kotori Love EXP imminent!
MUST HAVE MOAR KOTORI!
Since she's my favourite character from Da Capo, next to Mako and Moe, this'll definitely be something I may lose a lot of sleep over.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.Hm? Isn't that just DCIF but with sex? DCIF really wasn't that great. Wasn't bad, but kind of meh.
It's that, plus a bunch of fandisc material, all related to Kotori.
The reason why MG's doing this is because they did a poll a few months back on which Da Capo character was most popular, and Kotori got over half of the votes.
It's kind of a simple thing, but its value is mostly based on how much you liked the original Da Capo and how much you liked Kotori. I'm a fan of both, so I'm happy!

I watched the Sakura epilogue, yes. It was very woobilicious, but in a way I think it was a net positive even for her.
Akane is not a heroine in the english release. If she is, it's a secret and
I totally need to go back and play the game againisn't required to unlock the epilogue.Edit: Oh wait you mean Plus Communication. Dur. Mangagamer couldn't be bothered to translate that. Bleh.
By the way, does anyone know who either the girl you can see around the school is (described as a blond, busty foreigner) or the girl Sakura meets in the epilogue is? I feel like she's a reference to one of Circus' games but it's not familiar to me. The first girl probably isn't important or anything.
