Yeah. DC IF was released by Mangagamer in English.
Nice. Though Damm, I gotta finish my current V Ns before looking at others.

I actually wanted to buy a game instead of pirating for a change, but Mangagamer won't accept my credit card and refuses to tell me why. Bleh.
DC 2 was just released in English from Mangagamer. I haven't even played any of them yet, I should really do that.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.DA CAPO 2 DA CAPO 2 DA CAPO 2.
Wait, is it as long and boring as the first one?
That's what I want to know. The first one was bland as hell.
Kotori's and Moe's routes were the only worthwhile ones. Mostly Kotori's, though.

DC II has an interesting twist. A very interesting twist.
That being said, I'm waiting on a cracked exe. Most likely, I'll play it in this order:
- Otome
- Yume
- Nanaka
- Koko
- Anzu
I have no idea if Akane is a heroine so...
Time to start DC IF. DC II sounds quite a bit more interesting (obviously) so I'll do that second. And then I can move onto G Senjou No Maou~
Unfortunately, not in the regular version. She gets a route in Plus Communication.
Anyway, Da Capo II is quite a bit better than first game. I'm surprised I like it so much.
Suginami's new voice bothers me and I have no idea who Kudou is. Is he just the <generic nice friend> to balance Suginami as the weird and unpopular friend?
Is Suginami's voice the one in the anime or the original Da Capo VN. Oh god, the VN voice was so terrible after hearing the anime's Seiyuu.
Nevermind.

I... suppose it's the anime voice, I didn't watch that. I don't think it's bad but I'm just not used to him having a deep voice like that. The higher pitched voice also seemed to fit him well somehow.
He's voiced by Kishio Daisuke now, apparently.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.YES, HAHA, I LOVE THAT GUY!
Jeez... that's pretty appreciative of you.
From what Wikipedia tells me, he was in nothing of note, other than as obscure characters from more popular video games and anime.
Oh, he's the Japanese dub voice of Carlton from Fresh Prince of Bel Air. I think that counts for something.
I write pretty good fanfiction, sometimes.... Maybe he's thinking Daisuke Ono?
Honestly though, I could care less for his other roles. It's just that he made the character so hilarious in the anime.
I knew they were going to do this for the best ending, but honestly, the story is clearly written with the idea of Nemu being dead no matter how ambiguous they were about it before that. It just seems artificial. An ending forced to be as happy as possible whether or not it really makes sense.
The alarm clock is evil or something.
Finished Minatsu. I like how they didn't point out that with the theme naming of Minatsu -> Miaki -> Mifuyu that obviously the first one was Miharu. Wonder how many people will catch that in the English release with only a few knowing what the word for spring is?
I also have to appreciate Yume not being as annoying as Nemu was. Since I'm not going to be doing her route for quite awhile, I suppose I can't say for sure that she's not as clingy, but at least she's a bit more subtle.
Also, Mapi, apparently you can't play in that order because Otome and Yume can't be done first. And Akane isn't a heroine despite some hinting that she likes Yoshiyuki.
So, as for what I've finished, Anzu > Minatsu > Nanaka in terms of routes. Nanaka just wasn't very dramatic and the characters felt a little unnatural. Bit of a letdown, really, and it makes me wonder if the story suffered because they wanted to have another Kotori.
Suppose I'll do Yume next.
It's kind of annoying how they don't translate her mumbling. I can understand a little of what she's saying... Just about enough for me to not know, but to keep replaying the line anyway.
Edit: Good god, and I thought Nanaka's route was kind of bad. Clearly I have no taste, or I need to hit Koko with a brick. Her route is taking way too long and it's so. damn. boring.

Yeah, I heard about Nanaka's route. Shame.
I was doing Koko's route and then took a break. In addition to being boring, I was starting to really dislike the direction it was going in. The MC was....just really fucking stupid.
I don't think I'm going to finish it at this point in time.
Oh well, at least Anzu's and Minatsu's where good so far.
Routes:
Otome > Anzu > Minatsu = Yume > Nanaka >>>> Koko
Heroines:
Anzu > Nanaka = Minatsu > Otome = Yume > Koko
Actually, Yume route is probably better than Minatsu, but since I liked her more...
I was surprised at how good DCII is in general, though. Da Capo was pretty good, but really nothing special even when you account for Seinfeld Is Unfunny. But DCII is just way better.
Okay, so Asakura siblings last? If and when, I'll get Koko out of the way (god I didn't like her even in the anime).
As for the theme naming, it hit a flag when I first watched DC II 2 years ago because of the Miharu and Minatsu connection.
So... has anyone unlocked Sakura's epilogue yet? Fucking depressing. D:
Akane is a heroine in DC II PC.
