Square Peg Round Trope: Mistaken For Index

Said index opens up by defining itself as an entire plot revolving around the mistake in question, but not all the tropes listed therein are as such.

Some, such as Coincidental Dodge, can equally be played as one-off events.

Tropes Are Flexible; just because one trope could be played as a one-off event doesn't mean it can't also be the basis for an entire plot.

However, I do think that a few tropes listed in this index, like Coincidental Dodge, don't really have anything to do with making a mistake, per se.
