yes it was but there are scenes with Kieran that looks like he has a heat haze filter surrounding him, a purple aura around his fist when he punched the loyal three monument and how he convince the town so quickly, just feels like the writers wanted to do a story arc but couldn't, and there was a change with the directors between the parts so that's probably why it never came to be.

Nah it's easy to see that it became an abandoned arc in between parts plus how weak and rushed the finale was with Terapagos.
Edit: heck even the original plotline to the games got abandoned by the end of it, as the games were building up a grand finale at area zero but it came out as a wet fart by the end of it.

I'll still stand on the hill that Carmine's "mistreatment of Kieran" is VASTLY overstated. Yeah, she picks on him. Older siblings do that, its a very common thing. When things do get more serious, she shows that she does care about him. I see Carmine as a pretty realistically written character.

Mistakes Were Made
Going to agree on it feeling like typical sibling behavior (not even necessarily the older-younger dynamic), and at some point Carmine’s behavior balanced out for me. It’s disappointing we didn’t get more from her during Indigo Disk and Mochi Mayhem.

Quite unpredictable
Not to derail the Carmine debate, but anyone wondering what Megas they might add to the new Legends game? There was that logo at the very end of the trailer.
I'm personally hoping for Megas of the Kalos starters (as they didn't have them in Gen 6 unless you count Ash-Greninja).

I'd definitely like to see mega forms for the Kalos starters, though it's also possible that whatever starters they pick for Z-A might get mega forms.
If the latter is the case, I really hope Snivy is one of the starters because I would love to see what a Mega Serperior looks like.
