There ought to be a word for reverse schadenfreude — "feeling pain at seeing someone else's pleasure" ... Perhaps "envy" (one of the Deadly Sins!) comes closest.

Oddly, there are words for "feeling pleasure at seeing someone else's pleasure" and "feeling pain or embarrassment at seeing someone else's misfortune."

I wonder how many months it will take for Tats to get back to Li'l Evil, Satan, Vainglorious, Hekate, and Nana?

There seems to be a great deal of confusion between a person's right to simply exist, as themselves, and someone's really horrible beliefs. There is a big difference between hating a person, and despising their truly terrible ideas. One is tolerance, the other can be common decency. You can hate ideas without hating the person, although if the ideas are awful enough, you may lose all respect for them, which is still not hatred.

No one should be gagged, but neither do they (or their sponsors) have the right to a single dime of my money to spread their hateful garbage, and I have the right to encourage others not to do so as well, if that is their wish.

Tat's stuff this year appears to consist of him thinking he's far more enlightened than everyone else while peddling hatred and bigotry. In his world view the "woke" are corrupted wannabes distracting people from the true path of righteousness

With his self proclaimed rad femness, and having both spinster and alt right gab associations it sort of makes me think of watching a village idiot attempt to tap dance through two different minefields

To give him that tiny speck of fairness, I don't think I saw him post anything on gab itself, or get into any altright stuff there. The feed there seemed to consist entirely of mirrored posts and replies from spinster.

Tats is pretending that his ideology is the persecuted one. Be accepting, or else. He doesn't quite seem to grasp that his radfem ideas are based on hatred and that's why people are turning away.

He really is the one good male radical feminist, trying to enlighten the unwashed heathens of the awesomeness of his backwards ideas.

Watching Tat trying to prove himself to the radfems is enjoyably cringey.

His recent comic has a bit of a point. There is something called "cancel culture" going around, but he is trying to just push any real conversation away.

I got a new book on psychology typology and it delves more into defensive mechanisms employed by certain personality types. It describes Tatsuya to a T. I'll put it up later. It'll give you all some AHA moments.

I disprove of cancel culture, but that's hypocritical of Tats to complain of it when he had Monique cancel Slick.

I think Tat is choosing to overlook the fact that in this case, instead of just some puffed up self righteousness, a number of people have actually been murdered for who they are, one recently in Houston burned beyond recognition.

This is not just a case of the "woke" being oversensitive. While I'm certainly not inferring Tat is directly responsible for hate killings, he's certainly not helping, either.

His depiction of Trans people being the violent ones is really pretty vile, considering how many are persecuted, and have even turned to suicide.

I'm just your vanilla CIS male, but it offends my sense of decency, not "political correctness". Punching down like that is never a good look.

Not to subtract from your overall message at all, which I agree with, but a pet peeve: "cis" is not an acronym and so should not be in all caps, it's just the Latin prefix oppose of "trans".

Unless you mean you're part of the Confederacy of Independent Systems, in which case carry on.

The thing that makes me chuckle is he was all good when the mob was on his side. He mocked his old fans with impunity. Most of them just forgot the comic existed. But now that he outgrew and cast out his intersectional base, they feel betrayed, turned on him, and now he's talking about what an oppressed dude he is and "OMG, you guys! I'm so oppressed for my beliefs, y'all."

It is super funny that he thinks he can convert anyone with his crappy comic. It'd be like trying to convert people to Christianity by having non-Christians watch the Flanders family on the Simpsons.

No and actually that's related to another pet peeve: the "s" is vocalized (like a "z") just like the "s" in "trans". You don't pronounce "trans" like "trance". Tats apparently does, but you don't want to be like him now, do you?

You can almost hear the "STRONG INDEPENDENT WOMAN" music playing in that final panel. I'm sure we're going to see either this comic or the one following it on Spinster.

Wasn't Fuchsia supposed to be in hiding, especially from things like TV network bosses and reporters? You know, since Satan is looking for her.

How did she find Fuchsia anyway? Because again: HIDING. Is Tats conveniently forgetting a part of his own story because it doesn't suit him?

As it's drawn it looks like the only thing you need to have to find Fuchsia is two X chromosomes to plug into the lady matrix.

I had the impression that Fyoosh was painting by the side of the road and Amber was driving by, saw the painting, and was like "whoa shit that's talent, I need her in my company!" Fyoosh as the next Bob Ross anyone?
