A YouTuber, who i found checking out pretty bizzare movies with pretty bizzare premises. Here is his own description from his patreon.

My name is Chris, and I run a YouTube channel called Cynical Reviews, in which I review things for the sake of comedy. This usually means terrible movies both new and old, infamous and obscure, but I'll cover anything if I think I can make a good video on it. For instance, so far I've also taken a look at an awful joke book, a cringeworthy sex ed film, and EA's abysmal press conference at E3 2018.

His latest review:

‘Love Is All You Need?’ is an anti-bullying film that depicts a dystopian world in discrimination against LGBT people is turned on its head. The results were mixed.

"Lady Ballers" is a sports comedy from Conservative news and media company The Daily Wire, which claims to offer a satirical take on the issue of transgender women in women's sports, but really it’s just an excuse to pander to their audience and bash trans people. And it's also really, really bad.

I think I'm going to skip that one. I really enjoy some of his videos, especially his autopsy of Velma, but this movie looks too annoying to be funny.

Heh, I remember that movie being covered by Some More News

To sum, the movie was awful not just because of its horrible take on a sensitive issue, but also because it really lacking in central structure any basic and proper movie should have, such as character arcs and conflicts.

Still, I find CR's take on the movie amusing. [lol]

The review received a copyright strike and was deleted, forcing Cynical Reviews to re-edit the video. Here is reupload.

Also, he reviewed, in the meantime, Netflix’s Damsel (2024), by his own description, a generic, unoriginal, boring, uninspired faux-girlboss fantasy adventure that released 30 years too late to have anything meaningful to say.
