Don't think so. Pretty sure you have to transfer them.

Right now it seems that H.Zorua, H.Sneasel, H. Sliggoo, H.Growlithe, H.Voltorb, and White Stripe Basculin can evolve in SV.
So if you were to transfer Hisuian Typhlosion and that Typhlosion bred in SV, the Cyndaquil would eventually evolve into a regular Typhlosion right?
I actually hadn't given much thought to transferring, but then I remembered Sneasler exists, so I may after all.

I have a Galarian Weezing that originates from Sun. Regionals with the same unevolved forms as the standard can only be evolved into such in their own games. So, you may breed a Cyndaquil anywhere, but for it to evolve into Hisuian Typhlosion you need to do so in Legends.
The one exception is USUM allowing you to evolve Pikachu and Cubone into their Kantonian evolutions via doing so in Ultra Space.
How do you evolve Hisuian Sliggoo in SV, since it evolves from regular Goomy?
Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project! If you want to evolve a Paldean-caught Goomy into a Hisuian Sliggoo, you'll have to transfer it into Legends and evolve it there.
So basically, if you want any of the exclusive evolutions, you need to get them from their respective game.
So you can only get Ursaluna, Kleavor, or Wyrdeer by transferring their pre evolved forms into Legends.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.Welp, at least all we are missing is a way of evolving any Pikachu, Exeggcute or Cubone into their Alolan evolutions; all other regionals can be obtained as natively born in any game their line is present.
Let's see how fast it reaches AG now.
Secret SignatureWasn't it just Uber last Gen?
The Crystal Caverns A bird's gotta sing.In Natdex. It was UUBL in SS OU.
Hoo boy. After transferring Arceus into Violet, I ended up spending a lot in the auction to get all the plates.
Care to know something weird? In SV, Hisuian Qwilfish cannot evolve into Overqwil, same as with the Hisuian evos that don’t evolve into regional forms. But Hisuian Basculin (and Sneasel) apparently can evolve! I guess that’s because there are no move styles in SV, but it’s still interesting to note, especially since Hisuian forms (besides Zorua/Zoroark) are only available by transfer anyway.
Correct. I realized that after making my post (but before I saw your response), so I added it. Wyrdeer evolves by move style as well, but as for Kleavor and Ursaluna, I’m not sure if their evolution items are in SV’s code or not.

Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project!Because the method to evolve Qwilfish is exclusive to Legends. Basculin and Sneasel's requirements are already available in S/V.
A lazy millennial who's good at what he does.I have a that the first DLC will patch in all of the "missing" evolution methods for the Hisuian Pokémon due to the clear Japanese theming of the chapter.
Continue the bloodline, Fujimaru!would make a ton of sense.
Anyway my living dex is now updated to SV pre DLC. Will prolly work on the shiny charm later.
Maybe they’ll even add an in-universe reason for why the Hisuian Pokémon are still around.
Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project!I mean, this is a game with time travel as a plot point.
And fossil cloning/reviving.
I'll teach you a lesson about just how cruel the world can be. That's my job, as an adult.Just check the "met" part of the status screen on any Pokemon caught in a different main series game from the one you are playing. "Apparently travelled through space and time".
There you go, Issui stuff explained.
How did it travel through time? Because of Arceus?
Join the Five-Man Band cleanup project! They traveled through time the same way any other Pokemon from any other game.
I love how they stopped trying to explain it around Gen 6.

So this is an important question....can you evolve Hisuian Pokemon in Paldea?
