Gilgamesh

Gilgamesh scoffed at the villains laying at their feet. "In my day, we would have beheaded these ruffians without a second thought. But I can't imagine that would go over well in this century, even with things as they are. The most prudent course of action would be to restrain these ruffians and drop them off at the nearest prison, perhaps with a stray lamppost or steel girder to be sure. But it would be better if we had a more foolproof means of dealing with them. How are we to know they won't escape and regain lost ground when we're busy elsewhere?"

"The possibility of escape is always a concern with prisoners, it's nothing new. We can't just kill these people however, we have to be better than the time that we are living in. I won't stand another pointless death."

He paused to consider his options. "At the very least we should be able to restrain the suuited one, he doesn't appear to have any intrinsic capabilities. The energy-user can be placed in a cell that has food delivered autonomously so that she has no human contact. Finally the behemoth is unweildy, I doubt it's ability to get very far. In short they should be fairly easy for a standard prison to accomodate, even in this era there still seems to be some level of infrastucture. No beheading is needed."

"well then" said Salamander, heaving the downed plasma over his shoulder. "I think that I shall be off to the nearest carcereal facility. Would somebody mind carrying the large one for me? I'm not the strongest of indviduals and they look rather heavy. Oh and of course I'll have to bring the other one too." He walked over to Steelcage and began to remove the armor from his body, casually examing the machinery. Once the figure inside the suit was revealed, he lifted it onto his back as well. He wasn't sure that he was physically capabke of carrying the two all the way, but they needed somebody to drop off the prisoners. Killing them might have been the easier option but law had to be restablished in this age, and that meant adhering to principles higher than pragmatism.

New York Streets

With their speech about motives kind of torn apart by the heroes, Minutes almost deflates a little in their stature and with a subvocal grunt they step off to the side and gesture expectantly towards where they presume the nearest subway station should be. They kind of wait there for a few moments before adjusting the mask and actually vocalizing what they were trying to imply.

"Alright. Anyone who wants to stop off at my base before visiting copy-twerp please follow me. Even before we got thrown into the terrifying future, it was a bit of a walk from Times to the bunker..."

It's clearly a case of backroom political albumizing.
